ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT
You agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Terms of Use Agreement
with respect to our website. This Agreement constitutes the entire and only
agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous
agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the
Site, the content, products or services provided by or through the Site, and the
subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended at any time by
us from time to time without specific notice to you. Prices may change any time.
The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this
Agreement prior to using the Site.
Picnic & Tailgating reserves the right to refuse an order if reasonable
conditions are not met.

WARRANTIES
Lifetime Manufacturers Warranty: All Picnic products offered by Picnic
Time are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. These
items are guaranteed for life of the product. All our products carry individual
manufacturers warranty; please consult warranty information included in your
item.
Manufacturers Warranty: applies when the product is use for purpose
intended, and does not apply to damage caused by typical wear and tear,
unreasonable use, or neglect. Items can be returned for credit if sent to
manufacturer freight postage pre-paid.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our Biggest priority. If after you receive a
product, and find it unsatisfactory, please send us a product return request by
email and follow the below steps:
To maintain our records, we do require you to first contact us for a Return
Authorization (RA) number. You can only get a return authorization by contacting
us either by email or by calling. Unfortunately we must refuse all returns that
are not pre-authorized by having a Return Authorization Number.
Please include the following in your email request so we can schedule the
return:
- Notify us in writing within 15 days from the date of delivery (date
stamped in order tracking )
- Provide an explanation of the problem.
- Email should contain: your name, order/ invoice number, and product name.
- Carefully re-pack the product for reshipment.
Within 24 hours of receiving this information our customer service department
will respond with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for the return.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the
responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise. When returning items, we
highly recommend that you insure your return parcel.
Upon receipt of the return, we will process an exchange, replace, or refund
the price of the product (not including shipping, or handling) to the credit
card used for the purchase.
For products by Picnic Time, returns after the 15 days may be arranged with the
manufacturer.
Personalized Items: Refunds are not available for engraved,
custom-ordered items, or fee for gift-wrapping. However, if we have made an
error in the engraving or if the custom-ordered item is defective, we will
replace the item with a corrected version at no additional charge. The
incorrect or defective item must first be returned to us before the
replacement is shipped.
Return Shipping: Shipping charges are not refundable, and must be
postage pre-paid by the customer, unless informed by us or the manufacturer.
Additional packaging or gift wrap fees are also non-refundable. For your
security, please return your gift with an insured courier (UPS, FedEx, USPS)
and retain your receipt. Picnic and Tailgating is not responsible for
items damaged, or lost during transit.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee up to 25% may be applied for
non-defective/ non-damaged product returned.
Picnic and Tailgating reserves the right to refuse a refund
if terms and conditions are not met.

DEFECTIVE/ DAMAGED
All items are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials.
Defective/ damaged shipments can be forwarded back to the manufacturer for
prompt credit, replacement or repair. Please click here:

should you find your order defective or damaged in transit:
- within 3 days of receipt of the product
- Indicate “defect” or “damaged on subject line of the email
- Include a brief description of the problem
Once we received your email, we will expedite the replacement process and
make shipping arrangements. All defective items requiring service or repair
while under manufacturer’s warranty may be sent directly to the manufacturer for
replacement or repair.
OUT OF STOCK
Our procurement team will make every effort to maintain appropriate
inventory levels; however, for items that were ordered but are discontinued or
out of stock, you will not be billed for the unavailable items.
If an order can be partially filled, the available portion of the order will be
shipped to you, followed by the remaining items as they become available. We
will promptly notify you of any out of stock items, the re-stock date, and
provide other available product options of equal or greater value that might be
of interest to you.

PAYMENTS & SECURITY
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. For your security all billing
transactions are processed through though a secure billing server. Your credit
card information will be kept confidential and separate from your order. Your
financial information will not be requested by us.

STATE TAX
Unless we are provided with a copy of Certificate of Resale, orders originating
within Michigan are subject to a 6.0% sales tax.

SHIPPING
We only ship within the continental United States at this time when ordering
from our website. We ship by FedEx, Ground, UPS, United States Postal Services
and a number of carriers for larger orders. For your protection, we do not ship
to PO Box or APO addresses.
Shipment tracking: You will be provided an order tracking number once the order
has been processed and shipped from the warehouses, or directly from the
manufacturer.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by
our carrier.
- Perishable gifts may have restrictions on shipping method.
- Shipping Surcharge: Delicate, custom orders or gift wrapped items may
carry additional surcharge.
- Shipping weights are actual weights; express shipments and gift wrapped
items may cost more due to dimensional weights.
Most products are shipped within 36-48 hours of receiving orders during
normal delivery. Please allow approximately 3 to 5 business days for orders to
arrive as it depends on the distance from our warehouses, please

2 days delivery may be arranged for most products with additional shipping fee

Shipping Costs: must be postage pre-paid by the customer, unless

International orders: may be specially arranged for delivery to approved
countries. Additional shipping and handling surcharge applies including customs
declaration and appropriate tariff. Please note certain products are not
